Commissioning Process

  • Initial Meeting: We begin with a complimentary 15-minute call to discuss your project details, vision, and budget. During this session, we will explore your aesthetic goals, delve into the essence of your business, and analyze the competitive landscape to ensure your mural stands out.

  • Detailed Outline: Following our consultation, I will provide a comprehensive proposal. This document will include clearly defined project goals, a detailed list of deliverables, estimated timelines, and transparent pricing to ensure you understand every aspect of the project.

  • Paperwork: To confirm your project and secure work dates, you will sign a formal contract and pay a non-refundable 50% deposit. This step ensures that both parties are committed to the project and allows me to allocate the necessary time and resources.

  • Concept Development: Based on our discussions, I will create 2-3 initial concepts and mockups for your mural. These concepts will reflect your vision and the unique aspects of your space, providing a visual foundation for the final design.

  • Revisions: You will have the opportunity to review the initial concepts and provide feedback. I offer one round of edits to fine-tune the design, ensuring it perfectly aligns with your expectations and aesthetic preferences.

  • Execution: With the design finalized, I will bring your mural to life with precision and creativity. Throughout the painting process, I maintain clear communication and adhere to the agreed timeline. Once the painting application is complete, I will send the final invoice.
